The Prosperity Center
is a division of
Opportunities Industrialization Center

Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington is a Non-profit organization providing Community Services through federal, state and local agencies.  Locations include Mt. Vernon, Moses Lake, Pasco, Sunnyside, Ellensburg, Roslyn, Seattle, Wenatchee and Yakima.

Our mission is to empower people in the community by identifying, educating, serving and providing the tools necessary to achieve self-sufficiency.

Candi Jaeger

Candi Jaeger, has a background in office administration. She attended business college where she earned a degree in Professional Office Administration. She also attended Big Bend Community College and attained her Associates of Arts and Science Degree. Over the last 13 years she has worked as a licensed claims manager/insurance agent and a paraprofessional at a local elementary school. Currently, Candi serves as the Director for the Prosperity Center.




Carolyn Grant

Carolyn Grant has 30 years experience in Accounting and Procedures, 20 years as an Real Estate Associate Broker and/or , Broker , 15 years of Property Management, 15 years Budget Counseling experience, and 5 years Mortgage Lending experience. Most recently she is the Housing and Credit Counselor for the Prosperity Center. This includes one on one counseling and finance and home buyer classes. Carolyn Grant's goal is to help educate Prosperity Center clients on how to manage their credit and finances.



Jasmyne DeBeaumont

Jasmyne DeBeaumont graduated high school from Columbia Basin Secondary School and is attending Big Bend Community College for her Associates degree in Art and Science. She has several years of experience working with the Community in Customer Service and volunteering for charitable causes. She worked two years as an Reading and Math tutor in an Elementary school in Moses Lake Washington. Presently, Jasmyne serves as the Business and Asset Development Coordinator responsible for enrolling, supporting, and educating participants in programs The Prosperity Center offers such as the Business Workshops, Financial Services, Tax Aide, and Mentor Program and is responsible for The Prosperity Center advertisement and public relations.
